Preparation and Evaluation of Qingfengxiaotong Tablets
Objective:To prepare Qingfengxiaotong tablets by wet pressing and vacuum drying and evaluate its quality.Methods:The expansion degree,solubility and molding rate were used as indexes to optimize the form μLation process.The effect of Qingfengxiaotong tablet on lowering uric acid was evaluated by xanthine oxidase inhibition.The content of active components in the tablet was determined by HPLC.Results:The optimum process parameters were as follows:the best diluent was mannitol,the ratio was 1∶2.5,the lubricant was talc powder combined with magnesium stearate(1∶6),the addition amount of talc powder was 2%,and the disintegrant was Sodium carboxymethyl starch,the ratio was 1∶0.25.The contents of atractylotin,berberine hydrochloride and astilbin in the obtained Qingfengxiaotong tablet were 0.038,0.013 and 0.006 mg/tablet,respectively.Qingfengxiaotong Tablet aqueous solution has an inhibitory effect on xanthine oxidase.When the concentration of test product is 24 mg/mL,the inhibitory rate of xanthine oxidase reaches 92.22%.Conclusion:The experimental res μLts show that Qingfengxiaotong tablet is simple in process,contains many ingredients,has obvious activity,and has development prospect.
