Study on Prolonging Operation Period of Coke Oven Gas Compressor
Compressor is the core device in coke oven gas methanol production process,which usually needs to maintain a long period of normal operation.Since the methanol plant was completed and put into operation,the operation cycle of the centrifugal compressor unit has not met the expectations,and equipment shutdown often occurs,causing huge economic losses.Based on the in-depth study and analysis of the fault causes and gas components of the coke oven gas compressor in this factory,the optimization and adjustment suggestions are put forward for the process flow and process operation of the device,aiming at extending the average operation cycle of the coke oven gas compression section,so as to reduce the economic loss of shutdown and improve the comprehensive benefit.
