Application of Triz Theory to the Recycling of Acidic Water in Hydrogen Plant
Hydrocarbon-steam reforming process has been widely used in the chemical industry.Hydrocarbons reacted with water,at the certain conditions, mainly to produce the mixture of H2,CO and CO2.And then purified to generate to meet the production requirements of the hydrogen. While in the reforming process, acidic water containing CO2 by-produce.At present, the main method of recycling acidic water in the industry is to separate CO2 from acidic water by means of stripping or aeration, etc. The separated CO2 is directly or indirectly discharged into the atmosphere, caused environmental pollution.Under the premise of accelerating green transformation and development, and achieving the goal of"double carbon",which is a broad and profound economic and social systematic change, this paper used the relevant techniques, tools and ways of thinking in Triz theory to analyse and study the acidic water from hydrogen plant, and to solve the problems of difficult recycling and environmental pollution.
