不同于常规可燃介质安全阀计算的系统和成熟,对于CO2不可燃低温易汽化介质的安全阀计算尚存在研究讨论的课题。本文以某大型天然气终端项目为例,详细介绍了 CO2储运系统安全阀的设置原则,具体分析了设备和管道上安全阀泄放量的计算方法、喷嘴面积的计算和选型、阀门材质确定的依据及排放至大气的反作用力计算等,系统性总结了与安全阀相关的设计要点,为工程设计提供借鉴和参考。
Calculation and Selection Analysis of Safety Valve for Low Temperature Liquid CO2 Storage and Transportation System of Natural Gas Terminal
Different from the conventional safety valve calculation system and maturity of combustible medium,there are still research and discussion topics for the safety valve calculation of CO2 non-combustible low temperature easily vaporized medium.Taking a large natural gas terminal project as an example,this paper introduces the setting principles of the safety valve of the CO2 storage and transportation system in detail,specifically analyzes the calculation method of the relief valve discharge volume on equipment and pipelines,the calculation and selection of the nozzle area,the basis for determining the valve material and the calculation of the reaction force emitted to the atmosphere,etc.,systematically summarizes the design points related to the safety valve.It provides reference for engineering design.
