Selection and Layout Points of Vaporizers for LNG Terminal
The vaporizer is an important facility in LNG terminal.The different classification methods of vaporizers are briefly introduced in the article.Based on the equipment configuration of existing large-scale terminal,this article focuses on the equipment structure,characteristics,and key points of IFV,ORV,and SCV.Based on the current national regulations,the principles to be followed for the layout of vaporizers in the design process are listed.Based on practical design experience,the key points and reasonable layout methods of the vaporizer layout were summarized.and the layout points and flexible design methods of the main process pipeline and seawater pipeline related to the vaporizer were summarized too.
