Evaluation of Flood Risk in Phosphate Mine Operation Post Based on LEC Method
During the construction and production period of underground mine, flood is an important factor affecting normal production and personnel safety from beginning to end.In order to effectively evaluate the risk of flooding encountered in underground phosphate rock mining operations, based on the excavation activities, working steps and sites of underground phosphate mines, select water permeability as the main accident type, and identify the positions involved in water, using the risk analysis of operating conditions after increasing the correction coefficient.Obtain risk levels relative to the previous risk assessment period, and the three important parameters of the flooding accident-the possible change of the accident, the frequency of exposure to the dangerous environment and the risk compared to the previous change. Then determine the impact elements that change the level of risk, make each responsible department, posts and control levels to clarify their own prevention and control priorities, implement safety responsibility.
