Research on Energy-Saving and Consumption-Reducing Countermeasures of Coal Chemical Purification Unit
With the resumption of the national economy following the outbreak,a surge in construction activities for coal chemical projects has been observed across the country.Energy saving emission reduction,low-carbon green in the new coal chemical industry has become a new focus. This article mainly introduces a series of energy-saving and emission-reduction,low-carbon technical measures adopted by the purification unit of a 600 000 t/a coal-to-methanol project in a coal chemical company in Gansu Province. The purification device adopts the Rectisol technology of Dalian University of Technology, including five-tower processes such as CO2 absorption tower,H2S concentration tower, thermal regeneration tower,methanol/water separation tower, and tail gas water scrubbing tower.Research has shown that the regeneration system will undergo technological transformation, tail gas separation technology will be added at the top of the hydrogen sulfide concentration tower, two methanol filters will be added to the system,an automatic shut-off valve will be added at the outlet of the lean methanol pump,a methanol discharge pipeline will be added at the inlet of the feed cooler, tail gas carbon dioxide recovery and utilization technology will be used, and wastewater pipeline transformation will be carried out to prepare coal slurry and optimize the hydrogen carbon ratio of the purified gas.Through the above technological transformation and adjustment, the consumption of methanol in the system has been reduced,CO2 recovery and utilization have been achieved, and wastewater has reached zero discharge, meeting the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction.Reduced product unit consumption, improved economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.
