Preparation of "Self-healing" Silicon-based Negative Electrodes Materials
A polymer material with"self-healing"function was synthesized and applied as a binder in the recycling high-purity silicon powder in the photovoltaic industry.A low-cost and high-performance lithium-ion battery electrode was prepared to effectively alleviate the problem of expansion and pulverization of silicon-based materials. The material was tested in a simulated cell, and its specific capacity reached 609.72 mAh/g for the first time. After 100 cycles, the capacity decreased to 508.85 mAh/g.This provides a new technological route for the large-scale production and commercial application of silicon materials for future lithium-ion batteries.
