玉米芯对新疆皮里青次烟煤灰熔融特性的调控

生活中会产生许多生物质废弃物,为了使这些废弃生物质得到充分利用,该研究将生物质灰与新疆皮里青次烟煤(PSBC)灰混合后研究煤气化特性。加入玉米芯灰后测定PSBC的灰熔融温度,用不同比例的煤制备混合灰分样品,借助HR-4A型微机灰熔点测定仪,测定生物质灰对PSBC灰熔融特性的影响。结果表明:添加不同比例的玉米芯,都可以降低PSBC的灰熔融温度,但结果呈现出不同的趋势。由Factsage7。2 软件分析生物质与煤混合后生成了低熔点的镁硅钙石、碳酸钾和高熔点的氧化钙等各种矿物质,根据混合后矿物质变化分析出PSBC的灰熔融温度变化原因。
Regulation of Corncob on Ash Melting Characteristics of Xinjiang Piliqing Subbituminous Coal
A lot of biomass waste will be produced in daily life.In order to make full use of these waste biomass,this paper studies coal gasification after mixing biomass ash with Xinjiang piliqing subbituminous coal(PSBC)ash.After adding corncob ash,the ash fusion temperature of PSBC is determined,and mixed ash samples are prepared with different proportions of coal.With the help of HR-4A microcomputer ash melting point tester,the effect of biomass ash on the fusion characteristics of PSBC ash was determined.The results show that the ash fusion temperature of PSBC can be reduced by adding different proportion of biomass,but the results show different trends.Factage7.2 software was used to analyze various minerals such as low melting point xonotlite,potassium carbonate,and high melting point calcium oxide after mixing biomass with coal.According to the change of minerals,the reason for the change of ash fusion temperature of PSBC was analyzed.
