硝酸钙结晶及吸潮性能的研究

Study on the Crystallization and Moisture Absorption Properties of Calcium Nitrate

为了从铵盐法分解磷矿得到的硝酸盐中分离钙镁制备四水硝酸钙晶体,实验研究了四水硝酸钙的结晶和吸潮性能.实验结果表明,铵解后的滤液中结晶四水硝酸钙在pH值为 3,冷却结晶温度 2.00℃,浓缩相对密度为 1.50 时结晶效果最佳.四水硝酸钙放置于不同温度环境下,在10℃时呈吸潮状态,而在20,30,40℃温度呈脱水状态.不同结晶水含量的硝酸钙,初始水分含量越低,硝酸钙的吸湿速度越快,总吸湿量越大,但当水分达到一定含量或放置到一定的时间周期后,其吸水速度基本相当,且水分含量基本维持不变.
In order to prepare calcium nitrate crystals,the crystallization and moisture absorption properties of calcium nitrate were studied.The experimental results show that the crystallization effect of the crystallization temperature of 2.00℃,and the concentration ratio of 1.50.Calcium nitrate was placed in different temperatures,moisture at 10℃,but dehydrated at 20,30 and 40℃.Different crystalline water content of calcium nitrate,the lower the initial moisture content,the faster the moisture absorption speed of calcium nitrate,and the greater the total moisture absorption.However,when the moisture content reaches a certain level or is left for a certain period of time,its water absorption rate is basically the same,and the moisture content remains basically unchanged.
