氧化石墨烯纳米银的制备及抗菌性探究

选取Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),利用硝酸银中的Ag纳米粒子通过还原剂和GO复合制备氧化石墨烯纳米银溶液,以霉菌和酵母菌为实验菌群,探究氧化石墨烯纳米银的抗菌性能,通过抑菌圈及平板计数法实验评价GO/Ag的抗菌性能,实验结果表明:GO/Ag对霉菌和酵母菌有较好的抑菌效果,最小抑菌质量浓度为 5 μg/mL,说明GO/Ag是一种优良的抑菌复合材料。
Exploration on Preparation of Graphene Oxide Nanoparticles and Its Antibacterial Properties
In this paper,Hummers method was selected to prepare graphene oxide(GO),using Ag nanoparticles in silver nitrate to prepare grapheme oxide silver nanoparticles solution by reducing agent and GO compound,using mold and yeast as experimental flora,exploring the antibacterial properties of grapheme oxide silver nanoparticles,and evaluating the antibacterial performance of GO/Ag by inhibition circle and plate counting experiments,the experimental results showed that GO/Ag had a good antibacterial effect on mold and yeast,and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 5 μg/mL,indicating that GO/Ag is an excellent bacteriostatic composite.
