辅助剂环氧大豆油对软质PVC性能的影响

通过热稳定分析研究了环氧大豆油作为辅助热稳定剂对软质PVC性能的影响.结果表明,当环氧大豆油单独使用时,不能改善PVC体系的热稳定性,软质PVC很快变色.当环氧大豆油与软质PVC的主热稳定剂钙锌复合稳定剂并用时,能发生良好的协同作用,使软质PVC具有良好的热稳定性.同时,研究了不同用量的环氧大豆油对软质PVC透明度、白度和力学性能的影响,环氧大豆油的用量不应高于 2 份,否则软质PVC的透明度、白度和力学性能下降.
Influence of Soybean Oil on the Properties of Soft PVC
The influence on the properties PVC was studied by thermal stability analysis when epoxidized soybean oil was used as a assistant heat stabilizer.The result was showed that PVC specimens changed color quickly when epoxidized soybean oil used separately.The synergistic effect of epoxidized soybean oil with calcium zinc complex stabilizer was obvious,and soft PVC showed good thermal stability.At the same time,the influence of different dosage of epoxy soybean oil on the transparency and mechanical properties of soft PVC was studied.The dosage of epoxy soybean oil should not be higher than 2 parts,otherwise the transparency and mechanical properties of soft PVC would decrease.
