摘要
研究了一种含有昆诺阿藜籽提取物、茵陈蒿提取物的组合物对皮肤刺激的舒缓及修护作用.通过 HaCaT细胞因子表达试验、HaCaT细胞划痕试验、3D表皮模型丝聚蛋白表达试验、评估组合物的舒缓、促进皮肤屏障修护功效.结果表明该植物提取物的组合物可抑制炎症因子IL-8、PGE-2、MCP-1 的表达,促进受损细胞修复和丝聚蛋白表达,具有一定的舒缓、促进皮肤屏障修复的功效和进一步研究的价值.
Abstract
The soothing and repairing effects of a composition containing quinoa seed extract and artemisia artemisia extract on skin irritation were studied.Through HaCaT cytokine expression test,HaCaT cell scratch test,and 3D epidermal model fibroin expression test,the soothing and promoting skin barrier repair effect of the composition was evaluated.The results showed that the composition of the plant extract could inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors IL-8,PGE-2,MCP-1,promote the repair of damaged cells and the expression of fibroin,and have a certain effect of soothing and promoting the repair of skin barrier and further research value.
