摘要
素有"仙草"美称的灵芝,富含多糖类、三萜类、甾醇类、黄酮类、蛋白质和氨基酸等活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、护肝、保护心血管、抗氧化和保护神经系统等药效.综述了灵芝主要活性成分及生物活性研究进展,为进一步研究开发该宝贵药材提供一定的基础.
Abstract
Ganoderma lucidum,known as the"magic grass",is rich in polysaccharides,triterpenes,sterols,flavonoids,proteins and amino acids and other active ingredients,with anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,liver protection,cardiovascular protection,antioxidant and nervous system protection and other effects.The research progress of main active ingredients and biological activities of Ganoderma lucidum was reviewed in this paper,which provided some basis for further research and development of this valuable medicinal material.
