摘要

随着环境友好型包装材料需求的增加,新型植物源可食性包装膜备受关注.综述了最近研究的含植物源的可食性包装膜,介绍了成膜材料,并着重阐述植物源可食膜的活性物质来源、性能特点以及在果蔬、肉制品及海鲜中的应用研究,提出了当前植物源可食性包装膜研究和应用中存在的问题及未来发展趋势,为植物源可食性包装膜领域的研究提供新的思路和方向,推动环境友好型食品包装的发展和创新.

Abstract

With the increasing demand for environmentally friendly packaging materials,new plant-based edible packaging films have attracted significant attention.This review summarizes recent research on plant-based edible packaging films,introduces the film-forming materials,and emphasizes the sources,performance characteristics,as well as their applications in fruits,vegetables,meat products,and seafood.The study points out current issues and future development trends in the research and application of plant-based edible packaging films,providing new ideas and directions for the field of plant-based edible packaging films and promoting the development and innovation of environmentally friendly food packaging.
