A Review on the Application of Separate Heat Pipe to Data Center Cooling
This paper reviews the application of separate heat pipes in data center cooling.This paper introduces the development of cooling technology in data center,and discusses that the separated heat pipe technology using natural cooling source is an important direction of energy saving in data center cooling system.The research results of the application of separated heat pipe in data center cooling technology at home and abroad are summarized from three aspects:room level heat pipe system,cabinet level heat pipe system and chip level heat pipe system.Finally,the cooling technology of separated heat pipe data center is prospected from the perspective of working medium and waste heat recovery,and the heat transfer and waste heat storage working medium with better performance can be explored from the perspective of chemical technology.
