药物释放体系的重要组成部分是药物载体材料,其作用是让药物以一定速度在一定时间内从载体材料中缓慢释放.本文主要综述近 5 年以来,药物缓释高分子载体在不同给药途径、不同制备工艺和不同靶向及智能型响应载药体系等研究方面的最新进展.通过梳理相关研究进展,为设计合成绿色友好、选择应用范围宽、毒副作用小、可控制、靶向释放和环境稳定性的理想药物释放体系打下坚实的基础,以期在医药、农业、食品等方面有更好的前景与发展.
Research Progress in Drug Control-release Polymer Materials
An important component of the drug release system is the drug loading material,which could release drugs from the carrier material at a certain speed within a certain period of time.This paper mainly reviews the latest progress in the research of drug control-release polymer carriers in different drug delivery pathways,preparation processes,and targeted and intelligent responsive drug delivery systems in the past five years.By reviewing relevant research progress,we aim to lay a solid foundation for designing and synthesizing ideal drug loaded systems that are green and friendly,having a wide range of applications,low toxic and side effects,which could be controlled,target release,and environmentally stable,with the aim of having better prospects and prospects in medicine,agriculture,food,and other fields.
