Research on Proficiency Testing of Measuring Melt Volume-flow Rate of High Fluidity Plastics
In order to improve the ability of measuring the melt volume-flow rate(MVR)of plastics in laboratories,a proficiency testing of measuring melt volume-flow rate of high fluidity plastics was carried out.We prepared the proficiency test items,and examined the homogeneity and stability of proficiency test items by 0.3σ criterion.The results were analyzed by robust method:the assigned value and the standard deviation was calculated,and the Z score was used to evaluate the test results of each laboratory.We conducted a reasonable technical analysis and provided suggestions to solve problems during testing.
