Validation Study on the Content Determination and Analysis Method of Linazolamide Glucose Injection Intermediate Linazolamide
The HPLC method is used to determine the content of linezolid in the legal standard of linezolid glucose injection,but it takes a long time.In order to shorten the detection time of the intermediate,it is now planned to use UV method to determine the content of the intermediate of linezolid glucose injection,linezolid.And validate the proposed revised analytical method to confirm whether it can accurately and reliably control the content of linezolid in the intermediate while shortening the testing time.
