Determination of Aluminum Residue in Deer Bone Glue by ICP-MS Method
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of residual aluminum in deer bone glue. Methods:The residual content of aluminum in deer bone glue was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results:The determination values of aluminum in deer bone glue were in the corresponding linear range, and the linear relationship was good. The relative standard deviation of aluminum residual concentration in precision, accuracy and durability tests was less than 3.0%,the average recovery rate was 99.6%(Sc internal standard)/103.8%(Ge internal standard),and the relative standard deviation was 0.6%/1.0%,respectively.Conclusion:The method has good specificity and reproducibility, the recovery rate meets the requirements, the results are accurate and stable, and it is suitable for the determination of residual content of aluminum in deer bone glue.
