摘要

对煤化工变换装置中压蒸汽过热器壳体进行检验,发现长 110 mm、呈树枝状横向穿透裂纹.通过外壁超声相控阵检测、磁粉检测、硬度测定、化学成分分析、金相组织分析等检测方法分析裂纹成因.确定热应力集中、碱液局部浓缩引起的碱应力腐蚀是形成裂纹的主要原因.提出针对性结构设计、日常操作建议,其结果为同类、同工艺设备运行提供参考依据.

Abstract

The shell of the middle pressure steam superheater of the coal chemical shift device was tested,and a branch-like transverse penetrating crack with a length of 110 mm was found.Through the outer wall ultrasonic phased array detection,magnetic particle detection,hardness measurement,chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis and other detection methods to analyze the causes of cracks.It is determined that the thermal stress concentration and alkali stress corrosion caused by local concentration of lye are the main causes of cracks.Put forward targeted structural design and daily operation suggestions,and the results provide reference for the operation of similar and same process equipment.
