摘要
空冷器是石油、化工等行业常见的一种换热设备,用于对塔顶产物进行换热.在整个装置中,空冷器扮演着至关重要的角色.它通常处于高温、高压和高腐蚀的工况下,对其耐腐性能提出了巨大的挑战.耐蚀性的好坏直接影响设备的安全性和稳定运行.因此,对于空冷器管束常见的腐蚀类型进行了分析,并提出了保护措施和控制方法,以延长产品的使用寿命.
Abstract
Air cooler is a common heat exchange equipment in petroleum,chemical and other industries,which is used to exchange heat for the products at the top of the tower.The air cooler plays a crucial role in the entire installation.It is usually exposed to high temperature,high pressure and high corrosion,which poses a great challenge to its corrosion resistance.The quality of corrosion resistance directly affects the safety and stable operation of the equipment.Therefore,we analyzed the common types of corrosion in the air cooler tube bundle and proposed protective measures and control methods to extend the service life of the product.
