摘要

X70 管线钢是属于低碳甚至超低碳的微合金高强度管线钢,在国内作为输送石油和天然气的管道方面已得到了广泛使用,尤其是在LNG接收站中用作高压外输管线的主要管材已应用十分成熟.通过以某LNG接收站一期扩建项目高压外输管线X70 管线的焊接管理实践进行总结归纳,从管材、焊材、焊接工艺评定制作及焊接过程管理等方面来重点阐述X70 管线钢焊接过程的管控要点.

Abstract

X70 pipeline steel is a low-carbon or even ultra-low-carbon microalloyed high-strength pipeline steel,which has been widely used in China as a pipeline for transporting oil and natural gas,especially as the main pipe material for high-pressure export pipelines in LNG terminals.It has been widely used.This paper summarizes the welding management practice of X70 high-pressure pipeline in the first phase expansion project of a LNG receiving station,focusing on the control points of the X70 pipeline steel welding process from the aspects of pipe materials,welding materials,welding process qualification production,and welding process management.
