Design of Biological Fermentation Tank System Based on Multi Parameter Fusion
Objective:Improve the fermentation quality of the biological fermentation tank system and facilitate the operation of experimental personnel.Methods:Design a biological fermentation tank system that can complete different fermentation conditions,using Siemens′S7-1200 PLC as the main controller,Kunlun connected touch screen,and intelligent cloud based upper computer to achieve automatic adjustment and correlation of temperature,pH value,dissolved oxygen and other multi-parameter indicators in fermentation experiments,and complete key operations such as stirring speed and multiple feeding methods.Results:The fermentation tank system effectively improves fermentation quality.Conclusion:The equipment not only improves the control accuracy and response speed of important indicators such as temperature,pH value and dissolved oxygen,but also has designed remote monitoring,operation,and alarm functions to effectively reduce long-term observation by experimental personnel.It is also easy to operate and user-friendly,effectively improving the effectiveness of biological fermentation experiments.
