摘要

结合双效蒸发与MVR系统各自的技术优点,提出双效MVR节能工艺路线,并利用Aspen plus对其工艺流程进行模拟,通过计算确定了工艺流程中关键技术参数,为双效MVR蒸发结晶装置的设计和研究提供了技术支撑.

Abstract

Combined with the respective technical advantages of dual effect evaporation and MVR system,propose the energy saving process route of double effect MVR,and the technological process is simulated by Aspen plus.The key technical parameters of the technological process are determined through calculation,which provides technical support for the design and research of dual effect MVR evaporation crystallization device.
