Application of HAZOP and Risk Matrix Combined Semi-quantitative Analysis Method in RTO Security Control
In this paper, the risk matrix of two safety evaluation methods is combined with HAZOP analysis to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the risk of RTO system, and identify the inherent risk of RTO system.Semi-quantify the risk frequency and impact degree through the risk matrix, and propose appropriate hazard control measures to reduce the risk of operation.Through the semi-quantitative analysis results of risk matrix, the deficiency of qualitative analysis in HAZOP method is made up,and the safety evaluation results are semi-quantified,structured and systematized. It further the level of process safety is improved,at the same time it provides a favorable guarantee for enterprise safety management, and also gives certain technical support and reference to other enterprises that need to set up RTO.
