Research on Hazard Identification and Control in Chemical Process Safety Design
With the rapid development of the chemical industry,safety issues in process design have received increasing attention.This article first analyzes the concept and characteristics of chemical process safety design,and discusses in detail various risks that may arise in chemical processes,including potential hazards related to chemical materials,production equipment,production processes,and process processes.In order to better identify and control these risks,this article proposes a series of strategies and methods,covering key parts such as materials,pipelines,circuits and devices,in order to provide useful references for actual chemical process design.
