Vertical Distribution Characteristics and Pollution Assessment of Heavy Metals in Soil Around Domestic Waste Dump
Soils play a vital role in human life. But because of soil pollution, they were also harmful to human health. In the study,a domestic waste dump site of a university is chosen as the research area. The contents, pollution assessment and correlations among the heavy metal at different depths were investigated. The results indicated that the enrichment degree of Cr,Cu,Ni and Zn was relatively light.Among them, the maximum value of the Cd element is 46.88 times the background value, which is a serious pollution; There is slight pollution in some areas of Pb elements; The content changes of Zn,As and Cr in depth have a certain correlation, and the pollution sources are similar; The contents of Cr,Ni and Pb showed the same amplitude of upward trend, and the vertical distribution characteristics showed a strong correlation.
