锅炉补给水对水质要求很高,以确保锅炉的安全经济运行,锅炉补给水的常规水源为地表水,但取水需要费用,化工厂建设有凝结水站、中水回用站、脱盐水站,把工艺凝结水和中水处理作为除盐水站的水源,进入除盐水站处理达标回用,可以节省占地、节约投资及运维成本.本文主要结合工程案例介绍了以工艺凝结水和中水作为水源,综合处理后用于锅炉补给水的工艺,为锅炉补给水的处理提供借鉴.
Boiler make-up water has high requirements for water quality to ensure safe and economical operation of the boiler.The conventional source of boiler make-up water is surface water,but water intake requires fees.Chemical plants have condensate stations,reclaimed water recycling stations and desalination stations.Treating process condensate and reclaimed water as desalination stations water sources and entering them treatment and reuse can save land occupation,investment,and operation and maintenance costs.This article mainly introduces the process of using process condensate and reclaimed water as water sources for boiler make-up water after comprehensive treatment based on engineering cases,providing reference for the treatment of boiler make-up water.
