水蒸气蒸馏法提取橙皮中柠檬烯的实验研究

以新鲜橙子皮为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法对柠檬烯的提取条件和工艺参数进行优化。通过单因素实验考察橙皮破碎尺寸、浸泡时间、无机添加剂及添加剂比例对橙皮中柠檬烯提取率的影响,并对柠檬烯样品进行气相质谱和红外光谱表征鉴定。结果表明,柠檬烯水蒸气蒸馏提取的最佳工艺参数为:橙皮尺寸0。6 cm×0。6 cm,浸泡时间8 h,碳酸钠添加比例为4%,提取时间1 h。通过牛津杯法对提取的柠檬烯进行抑菌性能测定,结果表明柠檬烯对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌质量分数为1。25‰。
Experimental Study on Extraction of Limonene from Orange Peel by Steam Distillation
The extraction technology of limonene from fresh orange peel was optimized by steam distillation.The effects of orange peel crushing size,soaking time,inorganic additives and proportion of additives on the extraction rate of limonene were investigated by single factor experiment,and limonene samples were characterized by gas mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters of limonene by steam distillation were as follows:orange peel size 0.6 cm × 0.6 cm,soaking time 8 h,sodium carbonate addition ratio of 4%,extraction time 1 h.The bacteriostatic properties of limonene were tested by Oxford Cup method.The results showed that the minimum bacteriostatic concentration of limonene against Staphylococcus aureus was 1.25%o.
