In Vitro Screening of Antioxidant Fractions from Three Chinese Herbal Medicines and Their Compatibility
The traditional anticancer drugs are often chemical drugs,which are easy to cause drug resistance of cancer cells and have many side effects.In order to find new sources of anti-cancer drugs and explore whether the compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine can improve the original activity,we selected mastra appendicutata(D.Don)Makino,Actinidia arguta(Sieb & Zucc)planch.Ex miq,Anemone Raddeana Regel in the experiment.DPPH method was used to screen and analyze the antioxidant activity of the extracts from petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water.The results showed that the antioxidant activities of the extracts from the ethyl acetate layer and n-butanol layer were significantly higher than those of the extracts from other layers.The antioxidant activity of the extract of Chinese herbal medicine was higher than that of single extract.
