摘要
为探究不同催化剂对氧化亚硫酸镁的影响,通过比较相同浓度下,不同催化剂的催化效果来寻到最佳催化离子;为探究催化剂浓度对强制氧化的影响规律,通过分析不同浓度离子掺杂下的变化后总结规律.结果表明:当催化剂离子浓度为0.01 mol/L时,铝离子的催化效果最好,锰离子和铜离子的催化效果不好;在催化剂离子浓度为0.01~0.061 mol/L时,随着催化剂浓度的增加,亚硫酸镁的催化氧化效率增加.借此以找到能够高效氧化亚硫酸镁的途径,实现最大化的副产物资源化,实现真正的循环经济.
Abstract
In order to explore the effect of different catalysts on magnesium sulfite oxide,the optimal catalytic ions were found by comparing the catalytic effects of different catalysts at the same concentration,and the influence of catalyst concentration on forced oxidation was summarized by analyzing the changes under the doping of different concentrations of ions.The results showed that when the catalyst ion concentration was 0.01 mol/L,the catalytic effect of aluminum ion was the best,and the catalytic effect of manganese ion and copper ion was not good,and when the catalyst ion concentration was 0.01~0.061 mol/L,the catalytic oxidation efficiency of magnesium sulfite increased with the increase of catalyst concentration.In this way,we can find a way to oxidize magnesium sulfite efficiently,maximize the resource of by-products,and achieve a true circular economy.
