Study on the Characteristics of Produced Water Treatment by Mixed Bacteria of Halophilic Crude Oil Degradation
Aiming at the biological treatment of oilfield produced water with high salinity and high sulfide,14 strains of halophilic crude oil degrading bacteria were obtained from oily sludge, produced water and other samples through preliminary screening and rescreening.Four strains with the highest degradation rate were selected for compounding to construct a halophilic crude oil degrading mixed bacteria TG-1.16 SrDNA sequence analysis showed that the four strains were Acinetobacter;Bacillus paramycoides;Bacillus sp.;Enterobacter sp..The performance of TG-1 in the treatment of produced water was investigated. It was found that the optimum salinity range was below 30 g/L,the maximum tolerance sulfide concentration was 150 mg/L,and the degradation effect was the best when the crude oil concentration was not higher than 500 mg/L.The TG-1 was applied to the biological contact oxidation device.Under the conditions of pH 7~8,around temperature 30 ℃,dissolved oxygen 4~5 mg/L,hydraulic retention time 4~12 h and influent crude oil concentration 10~100 mg/L,the effluent crude oil concentration was less than 15 mg/L.It meets the Karamay oilfield water injection water quality standard A2.
