纳米二硫化钼在光热治疗的研究进展

随着癌症患者日益剧增,癌症已经成为全球范围内最主要死亡原因之一,并受到人们的广泛关注。癌症传统治疗方式存在特异性差、副作用大的缺点。近年来,纳米材料的出现,为癌症的根治开辟了新的治疗思路。二硫化钼(MoS2)凭借其良好的光热转化性能,较少的毒副作用,成为目前光热转化材料研究领域的热点之一。该综述将从纳米二硫化钼光热抗肿瘤的相关结构与性质、制备方法、治疗方式、肿瘤治疗中的应用以及前景与展望这五个方面梳理二硫化钼纳米材料用于肿瘤治疗的研究进展。
The Research Advances of Nano Molybdenum Disulfide in Photothermal Treatment
With the increasing number of cancer patients,cancer has become one of the main causes of death worldwide,and has been widely concerned by people.The traditional treatment of cancer has the disadvantages of poor specificity and great side effects.In recent years,the emergence of nanomaterials has opened up new therapeutic ideas for the radical treatment of cancer.Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)has become one of the hot spots in the field of photothermal conversion materials because of its good photothermal conversion performance and less toxic side effects.This article reviews the research progress of molybdenum disulfide nanomaterials for tumor therapy from five aspects:related structure and properties,preparation methods,treatment methods,application in tumor therapy,and prospect.
