为氨甲环酸临床应用的拓宽和创新提供参考。检索中国知网、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库中近5年来与氨甲环酸非止血用途相关的文献，对氨甲环酸的功效、作用机制进行综述，并对其创新应用进行了讨论和展望。氨甲环酸由于其分子结构和抗纤溶作用，衍生出诸多功效，除了止血之外，还具有保护线粒体、抗菌、抗病毒、抗癌、延缓衰老、美白，治疗痤疮、玫瑰痤疮、黄褐斑、银屑病、炎症后色素沉着等功效。氨甲环酸在衰老、感染、癌症、皮肤等疾病的预防和治疗，以及医美项目中的应用具有巨大潜力，创新制剂和氨甲环酸衍生物的研发更有利于氨甲环酸功效的发挥。
Advancements in Investigation of Tranexamic Acid's Non-hemostatic Efficacies
To provide references for broadening and innovating of clinical applications of tranexamic acid.Literature about tranexamic acid's non-hemostatic applications was searched through databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Web of Science and PubMed in the last five years,efficacies and action mechanisms were reviewed,and creative applications of tranexamic acid were discussed and expected.Apart from hemostasis,tranexamic acid also possessed efficacies of mitochondrial protection,antibiosis,antiviral,anticancer,anti-age,whitening,and treatments of acne,rosacea,chloasma,psoriasis and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation,which attributed to molecular structure and antifibrinolytic property of tranexamic acid.Tranexamic acid has enormous potential in precautions and treatments of senile,infectious,cancerous and dermatic diseases,and applications of aesthetic medicine.Researches and developments of innovative preparations and tranexamic acid derivatives are beneficial for giving play to the efficacies of tranexamic acid.
