摘要
随着对检测技术快速化需求程度增加,可视化快速检测技术不断发展.纳米金层析试纸条是一种新型的快速检测技术,具有可视化、特异性强、灵敏度高、检测快速、成本低廉、操作简单等优点,广泛应用于食品安全、临床诊断、病原微生物检测等多个领域.对纳米金层析试纸条在上述领域的研究进展进行梳理和综述,并对纳米金检测技术在上述检测方面存在的问题进行了一定的分析并提出解决方案,以期进一步规范和推动该技术的发展,拓宽其应用范围.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for rapid detection technology,visual rapid detection technology continues to develop.Nanogold chromatographic test strip is a new type of rapid detection technology,which has the advantages of visualization,strong specificity,high sensitivity,rapid detection,low cost,simple operation,etc.It is widely used in multiple fields such as food safety,clinical diagnosis,and pathogen detection.In this paper,the research progress of nanogold chromatograph test strips in the above fields was reviewed and summarized,and the problems existing in the detection process were analyzed and solutions were proposed.This article aims to further standardize and promote the development of this technology,and expand its application scope.
