废塑料回收利用技术研究进展

塑料制品的产量逐年递增,大量的废塑料随之产生,对生态环境、人类生活和健康产生严重的威胁,废塑料的回收利用方法不断地更新改进,从随意丢弃到集中填埋处置,到简单回收处理,再到如今回收塑料中的能量和物质,相较于填埋处置,回收利用废塑料既能避免将废塑料弃入环境带来的污染问题,又能回收塑料中的碳氢元素和能量。大量的科研人员致力于如何合理地回收利用废塑料这一课题,实现废塑料的循环利用对实现资源的循环利用具有重大的现实意义。文章对现有的回收利用技术梳理,总结为再生循环回收利用技术、物质回收利用技术、能源回收利用技术和回收利用新技术四个方面,并对各回收利用技术进行了介绍,希望能对相关的科研工作者起到一定参考作用。
Research Progress on Recycling Technology of Waste Plastics
The output of plastic products is increasing year by year,and a large number of waste plastics are produced,which poses a serious threat to the ecological environment,human life and health.The recycling methods of waste plastics are constantly updated and improved,from random disposal to centralized landfill disposal,to simple recycling treatment,and then to the energy and matter in recycled plastics.Recycling waste plastics can not only avoid the pollution problems caused by throwing waste plastics into the environment,but also recover the hydrocarbon elements and energy in plastics.A large number of researchers are committed to the issue of how to reasonably recycle waste plastics,and the realization of the recycling of waste plastics has great practical significance for the realization of the recycling of resources.In this paper,the existing recycling technology is summarized into four aspects:recycling recycling technology,material recycling technology,energy recycling technology and new recycling technology,and the recycling technology is introduced,hoping to play a certain reference role for relevant scientific research workers.
