Research on Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction of Electrolyte Solvent Technology and Device
Under the background of"double carbon",new energy has become the main direction of China's development.With the double harvest of new energy vehicle production and sales,the demand for new energy batteries continues to rise.At present,the four major materials of new energy batteries are positive electrode material,negative electrode material,diaphragm and electrolyte.Among them,electrolyte solvent is also an important carrier for electrolyte ion exchange.Common electrolyte solvents are carbonic acid esters,mainly including ethylene carbonate(EC),dimethyl carbonate(DMC),methyl ethyl carbonate(EMC),diethyl carbonate(DEC)and propylene carbonate(PC)five kinds.However,PC is used for secondary batteries,and the graphite negative electrode of lithium-ion batteries is very poor compatibility,during the charge and discharge process,PC decomposition occurs on the surface of the graphite negative electrode,while causing the peeling of the graphite layer,resulting in the deterioration of the cycle performance of lithium-ion batteries.
