摘要
中药衍生碳点保留了中草药碳源本身的部分活性,同时又具备良好的生物相容性、利用度高、稳定性好等特性.近年来,中药衍生碳点治疗多种疾病的药理作用和机制研究不断拓展深入,从抗炎、止血、抗癌、抗肿瘤相关性贫血、修复血脑屏障、抗痛风、抑制过敏等方面梳理近年来中药碳点药理作用及其机制的研究,以期为中药衍生碳点的开发和临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Carbon dots derived from traditional Chinese medicine retain some of the activity of traditional Chinese medicine carbon sources themselves,while also possessing good biocompatibility,high utilization,and good stability.In recent years,research on the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of carbon dots derived from traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of various diseases has been continuously expanded and deepened.The pharmacological effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine-derived carbon dots in recent years have been summarized from aspects such as anti-inflammatory,hemostatic,anticancer,anti-tumor related anemia,repair of the blood-brain barrier,anti gout,and inhibition of allergies,in order to provide reference for the development and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine-derived carbon dots.
