白藜芦醇是一种植物抗毒素,它存在于花生、葡萄等植物中,近年来研究发现它具有多种生物活性和药理作用,尤其在抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗氧化、抗自由基、抗菌消炎、心血管保护、抗老年痴呆症、抗抑郁症等方面有非常显著的作用,在医药、食品、保健品等领域有广泛的应用.它的合成方法主要有植物提取法、生物发酵和转基因法、化学合成法.综述了白藜芦醇的合成方法及其应用,以期为进一步开发利用白藜芦醇提供可靠的依据.
Abstract
Resveratrol is a kind of plant antitoxin,which exists in peanut,grape and other plants.In recent years,research has found that it has a variety of biological activities and pharmacological effects,especially in anti-tumor,anti-cancer,anti-oxidation,anti free radicals,anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory,cardiovascular protection,anti Alzheimer's disease,anti depression and other aspects.It is widely used in medicine,food,health products and other fields.Its synthesis methods mainly include plant extraction,biological fermentation and transgenic methods,and chemical synthesis methods.The article reviews the synthesis methods and applications of resveratrol,in order to provide reliable basis for further development and utilization of resveratrol.
