Progress of CO2 Recovery Technology for Oilfield Associated Gas and CO2 Driven Gas Recovery
The quantity of associated gas and CO2 driven gas in oilfield is huge and contains a large amount of CO2,so the reasonable recovery and utilization of CO2 is an important research field in oilfield development and gas resource utilization.Recycling CO2 not only responds to the national environmental protection policy, but also improves the economic efficiency by rational resource utilization. This paper takes the CO2 recovery technology of associated gas and CO2 driven gas from oilfield as the research object, introduces in detail the basic principles of the current five types of separation and purification processes, and compares and analyses the characteristics and practicality of each process. In addition, the applicability of four types of composite methods is summarized and analyzed, and it is concluded that the variable pressure adsorption method+chemical absorption method is suitable for the recovery of hydrocarbons and CO2 decontamination of the associated gas of oilfield with low CO2 concentration;the membrane separation+variable pressure adsorption method and the membrane separation+chemical absorption method are suitable for the collection of CO2driven gas with high CO2 concentration;and the chemical absorption method+low-temperature distillation method is suitable for the production of high-purity CO2 product gas.
