反应氛围对油页岩热解过程影响的研究进展

我国油页岩资源储量极其丰富,目前主要通过油页岩热解制取页岩油、热解气,实现油页岩的资源化利用。油页岩热解实质是所含干酪根、无机矿物的热解过程,其中包括干酪根、无机矿物分解的一次反应,以及沥青质裂解、残碳缩聚所发生的二次反应,其反应机理很是复杂,涉及裂解、缩聚、脱氢、加氢、异构等反应。因而,油页岩热解过程受到反应氛围、热解温度、热解时间、加热方式、催化剂等众多因素的影响。其中,反应氛围可以很大程度地改变油页岩热解产物的分布及特性,如页岩油产率及轻质组分的含量等,从而影响油页岩资源的利用效率。为此,详细阐述H2、CO2、N2、乙醇、水蒸气等反应氛围对油页岩热解过程影响的研究现状,为改善油页岩热解产物产率及品质,及进一步提高油页岩资源综合利用价值,提供新思路、开拓新途径。
Research Progress on Influence of Reaction Atmosphere on Pyrolysis Process of Oil Shale
China's oil shale resources are extremely rich.At present,shale oil and pyrolysis gas are mainly produced by oil shale pyrolysis to realize resource utilization of oil shale.The essence of oil shale pyrolysis is the pyrolysis process of kerogen and inorganic minerals,including the primary reaction of kerogen and inorganic mineral decomposition,and the secondary reaction of asphaltene cracking and carbon residue polycondensation.The reaction mechanism is very complex,involving pyrolysis,polycondensation,dehydrogenation,hydrogenation,isomerization and other reactions.Therefore,the pyrolysis process of oil shale is affected by many factors such as reaction atmosphere,pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time,heating method and catalyst.Among them,the reaction atmosphere can greatly change the distribution and characteristics of oil shale pyrolysis products,such as shale oil yield and content of light components,thus affecting the utilization efficiency of oil shaleresources.To this end,the research status of the influence of reaction atmospheres such as H2,CO2,N2,ethanol and water vapor on the pyrolysis process of oil shale was elaborated,which provided new ideas and explored new ways to improve the yield and quality of oil shale pyrolysis products and further improve the comprehensive utilization value of oil shale resources.
