Study on the Residue Behavior of Pygmatocin and Its Metabolites on Lily
The aim is to study the safe use of humic acid and its metabolite 3,5-dichloroaniline in lily plants, and to determine the residual behavior of humic acid and its metabolite 3,5-dichloroaniline.The degradation dynamics of humic acid and its metabolites in lily plants and the final residue test in lily bulbs were conducted.Method:Acetonitrile extraction,GC-MS analysis of the residual amounts of Pygmatocin and its metabolites in Lily.Result:The half-life of the degradation of humic acid in lily plants was 21.29 d,and the half-life of 3,5-dichloroaniline in lily plants was 33.55 d.The residual degradation of both on lily plants followed the first-order reaction kinetics equation. Conclusion:This method is simple and fast, and can simultaneously determine Pygmatocin and its metabolites. The above results can provide certain reference value for the safe, reasonable, and efficient use of chlorothalonil in the future.
