通过顶空-气相色谱法测定水中2-甲基吡啶的分析方法,选择氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定,并通过测定质量浓度在0.2~5.0 mg/L 2-甲基吡啶标准溶液绘制标曲,测试结果表明得到的曲线线性较好,相关系数≥0.999 9.实验数据表明该测试方法无需萃取、浓缩等预处理步骤,精密度、检测准确性高,相关性强,且加标回收率在96%~113%之间.并通过实验探究样品pH值、采集样品时对测定结果的影响,实验表明,随着pH值的提升,响应值逐渐增加,随着样品保存时间的增加,2-甲基吡啶检出值逐渐下降.
2-methylpyridine in water was determined by headspace gas chromatography with a hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID).The standard curve was drawn by determining the 2-methylpyridine standard solution with the mass concentration of 0.2~5.0 mg/L.The test results showed that the curve obtained was linear,and the correlation coefficient was≥0.999 9.The experimental data show that this method does not need pretreatment steps such as extraction and concentration,and has high precision,detection accuracy and strong correlation linearity,and the recoveries were 96%~113%.Through experiments to explore the influence of sample pH and sample collection on the determination results,the experiment shows that the response value gradually increases with the increase of pH value,and the detection value of 2-methylpyridine gradually decreases with the increase of sample storage time.
