Determination of Water Soluble Fluoride and Total Fluoride Content in Soil Using Fluoride Ion Selective Electrode Method
This paper uses the fluoride ion selective electrode method to determine water soluble fluoride and total fluoride in soil. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship(>0.999)between the fluoride content in the range of 5~500 μg.The detection limit of water soluble fluoride method was 0.5 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)was 3.8%~6.7%,the detection limit of total fluoride method was 43 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)was 4.0%~4.2%,meeting the determination requirements of the standard method. The determination results of certified reference materials RMU044 and RMU045 are both within the standard range. The relative error of water soluble fluoride is-3.3%~-2.4%,the relative standard deviation is 4.0%~4.7%,the relative error of total fluoride is 0.9%~1.3%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.0%~2.2%.In the actual sample spiking recovery test, the average spiking recovery rate of water soluble fluoride was 100%,and the average spiking recovery rate of total fluoride was 94%.This experimental method has good reproducibility, high accuracy, and simple operation.
