摘要

因人类生产和生活排放的碳而产生的温室效应,已经影响到自然界各个物种(包括人类)的生存环境,化工企业生产排放的碳所占比重较大.化工企业践行"双碳"需要在项目整体规划、化学工艺设计、设备设计及运行、电气设计及运行、基建设计及运行、防腐保温设计及安装上切实采用先进的设计理念、采用合理工艺流程、安全稳定高效设备、高效节能电气设施、绿色节能基建设施、先进节能保温材料等,来降低企业在各个环节的碳排量,从而降低化工企业整体的碳排量.

Abstract

The greenhouse effect caused by carbon emissions from human production and daily life has already affected the living environment of various species in nature(including humans),and the proportion of carbon emissions from chemical enterprises is relatively large.To implement the"dual carbon"policy in chemical enterprises,advanced design concepts,reasonable process flow,safe,stable,and efficient equipment,efficient and energy-saving electrical facilities,green and energy-saving infrastructure,and advanced energy-saving insulation materials need to be effectively adopted in overall project planning,chemical process design,equipment design and operation,electrical design and operation,electrical design and operation,infrastructure design and operation,anti-corrosion and insulation design and installation,in order to reduce the carbon emissions of enterprises in all aspects,Thus reducing the overall carbon emissions of chemical enterprises.
