在离子膜烧碱装置的运行过程中,氯气透平压缩机是氯气输送的核心设备,对于装置安全稳定运行至关重要,以西门子4VRZ 151/405/03 G型氯气透平压缩机为例,在操作、维保、测控、工艺技术改进等方面探究其运维要点及安全稳定运行采取的改进措施,提高运行质量和管理水平,减少和杜绝计划外停机事故.
Abstract
During the operation of the ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant,the chlorine turbine compressor is the core equipment for chlorine transportation,which is very important for the safe and stable operation of the plant,taking the Siemens 4VRZ 151/405/03G chlorine gas turbine compressor as an example,this paper probes into the key points of operation and maintenance,measurement and control,process technology improvement,etc.,improve operation quality and management level,reduce and eliminate unplanned downtime accidents.
