Study on Degradation of Phenol Wastewater by New Electrochemical Reactor
In this paper,a packed electrochemical reactor filled with microelectrolysis cell with self-made titanium-based PbO2 electrode as anode and carbon fiber tube as cathode based on electromagnetic induction wireless power supply was successfully developed. The optimal degradation conditions of the reactor were investigated from the aspects of electrolyte concentration,pH value and input voltage, with phenol as simulated wastewater. The optimal condition was electrolyte concentration 0.012 5 mol/L,pH 5 and input voltage 8 V.Under this condition, the degradation rate of phenol was 92%in 100 min. This reactor also has obvious advantages compared with the conventional flat panel electrochemical reactor.
