Preparation and Properties of Graphene/Aluminum Tripolyphosphate Waterborne Conductive Anticorrosive Coatings
A conductive anti-corrosion coating for the surface of grounding electrodes was prepared using graphene as the conductive filler, aluminum tripolyphosphate as the anti-corrosion filler, and waterborne epoxy resin as the bonding aggregate.Through adhesion, conductivity, and corrosion resistance tests, combined with soil simulation immersion tests, the conductivity and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. The results showed that when m(G)∶ m(EP)= 17%,the m(ATP)∶ m(EP)= 1%coating exhibited excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, which can meet the requirements of power grounding grid use.
