Synthesis and Properties of Modified Epoxy Resins for Ultra-high Voltage Electrical Applications
The application and research of epoxy resin for Ultra High Voltage(UHV)electrical use in China started late,and currently more than 90%of it is dependent on imports.In order to change this status,the team prepared UHV modified epoxy resin by combining domestic bisphenol A epoxy resin with nanoscale β-Al2 O3,methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride and silane coupling agent as raw materials.Through the same type of epoxy resin performance comparison with imports of self-developed epoxy resin cast cured parts have a more porcelain appearance,glass transition temperature(Tg)is higher than 100℃,the average tensile strength is higher than 70 MPa,the average bending strength and thermal shock resistance properties are comparable with imports of the same type of epoxy resin.It helps to fill the technical gap of high-performance epoxy resin for UHV electrics in China,and change the status quo that China is totally dependent on imports in this field.
